Transforming Your Bath Into A Spa Experience
While you’re brainstorming ideas for your new bathroom, find pictures from magazines or the web with various bathroom design layouts to gain inspiration. “When my clients bring pictures with thoughts about their dream bathrooms, it gives me direct insight as to what they are envisioning”. The design of your Master Bath is equally about function. Her are some questions I ask:
Who will use the space?
Do you prefer to take a bath or shower?
What features are currently in the bathroom that you would like to remove?
What features would you like to add to your new master bath?
Are there enough electrical outlets to suit your needs?
Which areas need better lighting?
Do you need more storage?
Would you like a vanity and do you have the space?
What color scheme and style do you prefer?
I see the bath as a brilliant opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and have a little fun. Why not go all out? Creating a beautiful bath is all about attention to details. Make your bath stunning with classic elements and then have fun with accessories, play with color, add art. Push the envelope, make it fab. However start with the basics.
